the School Day ...

The Denbigh school day is divided into lessons lasting an hour.

Some lessons and activities are arranged to be attended after regular school hours. This gives greater flexibility in the amount of time allotted to different subjects and activities.

From September 2007 the school day will finish at 3:00pm.

Times of the School Day:

• 8.30am - Lesson 1
  
• 9.30am - Lesson 2
  
• 10.30am - Break
  
• 11.00am - Lesson 4
  
• 12.00noon - Lesson 5
  
• 1.00pm - Lunch and Tutorial Session (40 minute Lunch, 20 minute Tutorial)
  
• 2.00pm - Lesson 9
  
• 3.00pm - School ends or Period 6 (Sixth Form Only)
  
• 4.00pm - School ends for Sixth Form
