Filling
in the application form:
The Local Education Authority co-ordinates the admissions process for schools.
To
apply, complete the local authority’s common application form, online or
on paper.
To apply online, you must register with the local authority
via the internet link: www.emsonline.milton-keynes.gov.uk.
The application form asks for straightforward information about you and your
child.
The address you provide should be your child’s permanent address
at the time you fill in the application form. This should be where you
and your child live.
All application forms need to be returned to the Local
Education Authority by Friday 23rd November 2007.
If
you do not apply by the deadline, your child will not be considered until after
those applicants who have already met the deadline set.
This may adversely
affect you being offered a place for your child.
