German Exchange 2008: Report & Picture Gallery
Students form Years 7, 8 and 9 were given a chance to take part in the German exchange. A total of 25 students took that offer and the first part of the exchange happened between 25th of February to the 3rd of March.
On the night they came they experienced a thrilling game of football by the Mk Dons which led them to Wembley.
Between these dates a range of activities happened including a combined trip with English and German students to Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon. This trip included looking around the castle and going into Stratford and looking at many historic sites.
The night of this trip there was a large group of us who all went Ten-pin bowling and to Quasar; everyone enjoyed the night’s entertainment.
The German students went on two more trips to London and Birmingham on consecutive days. But still full of energy, on the night of the Birmingham trip there was a disco which was full of excitement.
The weekend was spent with host families and meeting up with friends who also had students staying with them.
Overall this trip was full of fun and great experiences and we all can’t wait to go to Germany to see them again!
