The Local Education Authority co-ordinates the 11+ admissions process for schools. To apply, complete the local authority’s common application form, online or on paper.
To apply online, you must register with the local authority via the internet link: www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/schooladmissions (please use the link on the right of the page).
The application form asks for straightforward information about you and your child. The address you provide should be your child's permanent address at the time you fill in the application form. This should be where you and your child live.
All application forms need to be returned to the Local Authority by Friday October 30th 2009.
If you do not apply by the deadline, your child may not be considered until after those applicants who have already met the deadline set. This may adversely affect you being offered a place for your child.
