DFE Announcement

You may be aware that the Department for Education announced recently that a ‘Triple Lock’ would now be available to students receiving their results this Summer.

In essence this will mean that students could receive the higher result out of their calculated grade, valid PPE grade, or autumn re-sit exam grade.

We are still awaiting details of how this will operate in practice and how the appeals process will work. We will contact you once we have further clarification from Ofqual.
