STEM Celebration at Awards Ceremony

Achievement and participation in the STEM disciplines of Science, DT, Computing & Business and Maths were celebrated at our recent STEM Awards Ceremony. 200 awards were given out recognising academic achievement and outstanding contribution to the STEM subjects and for participation in STEM themed extra-curricular activities.

Former student Sanji Chandi, who is the owner of Treat Street, a popular dessert bar here in Milton Keynes was our special guest at the Ceremony. In an inspiring speech, Sanji spoke about his journey since leaving Denbigh which has led to him becoming a successful business owner and award-winning entrepreneur. Sanji gave out the awards in front of an audience of staff, families and friends.

We were also joined by Karl Digby, the Learning & Development Manager at Niftylift, a company that do a huge amount to support our students with their Design & Technology studies. Karl presented Daniel Ayodele, Year 13 with the 2025 Niftylift Innovation Award for demonstrating an innovative approach in his D&T studies.

The Ceremony was truly memorable for students, parents and staff.
