Success in National Monologue Competition

Our talented Creative Arts students had the opportunity to perform a monologue live on a West End stage when they took part in the National Youth Monologues Competition.  This was a great opportunity for them, and they achieved some fantastic results – being Highly Commended and making the Regional Shortlist.  Congratulations to Ugochi Anozie, Year 9, Aaradhana Sivagnanaselvan, Year 9 and Sienna Morton-Nicholson, Year 8 on their success.  

This is the first time that Denbigh students have entered The National Youth Monologues Competition which is supported by the Ambassador Theatre Group and the Federation of Drama Schools.  Next year, we plan to open-up the opportunity to a wider cohort of students and we look forward to seeing them deliver their monologues on a West End Stage!
